Operational Excellence Manager (f/m/d)
As the Operational Excellence Manager, you will lead governance, program execution, and hands‑on deployment of operational excellence across selected sites. You will partner with site leadership to ensure transparency, alignment, and measurable impact on cost, productivity, and quality targets.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate operational excellence initiatives across sites, ensuring consistent standards and measurable impact.
- Drive governance and performance cadence through reviews, KPIs, risk management, and reporting aligned with corporate frameworks.
- Translate strategic objectives into executable workstreams, facilitating cross-functional collaboration and workshops to deliver results.
- Challenge and support leaders with structured problem-solving, analytical insights, and strategic partnership to ensure clarity and focus.
- Develop, deliver, and continuously improve operational excellence trainings to build capability and drive sustainable adoption.
- Consolidate improvement pipelines, promote cross-site learning, and evolve transformation frameworks to embed best practices and execution excellence.
Your Profile
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Industrial Management, or equivalent.
- 7+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, Consulting, Program/Project Management, or Industrial Engineering.
- Proven track record in large-scale transformation and cost competitiveness programs.
- Strong exposure to senior leadership; Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification is advantageous.
- 5+ years in senior management or leadership roles within an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Direct experience with Procurement, Finance, and Board-level interactions is a strong plus.
