Project Manager - Finance Projects 

In your role, you will drive finance transformation initiatives and support the continuous improvement of global AT&S Finance processes. Working closely with international stakeholders, you will lead projects that enhance standardization, automation, digitalization, and operational excellence across the Finance organization.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and manage finance-related projects and global rollouts from planning through successful implementation.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, standardization, and automation within Finance.
• Analyze existing finance processes and identify opportunities for optimization and digitalization.
• Act as PMO for finance projects and ensure effective stakeholder communication and project coordination.
• Support the implementation of finance policies, controls, and governance standards.
• Coordinate and deliver trainings, create documentation, and promote best-practice sharing across Finance teams.
• Act as SAP Finance Key User and support system-related improvements and implementations.
• Support finance transformation activities and additional projects assigned by management.

Your Profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in finance or accounting within an international manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of finance processes, accounting standards, and process improvement methodologies.
• Experience in project management, system implementations, and finance transformation initiatives.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a structured working approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment.
• Fluent English skills combined with a proactive, hands-on, and self-driven mindset.
