Project Manager (f/m/d)

In the role of Project Manager R&D for funded projects, you are responsible for budgeting, planning, and executing global development projects while minimizing development risks for AT&S. You act as the key representative in all project-related matters with internal and external stakeholders, including funding agencies. You oversee dissemination activities and monitor technological trends to align projects with innovation and funding opportunities.

Your Responsibilities:

• Budgeting, planning and execution of development projects, leading projects and project teams on a global base and assure to reduce development risk for AT&S.

• Representation of AT&S vis-à-vis internal and external parties in all project related aspects (customers, suppliers, partners, Business Units, funding agencies etc.).

• Planning, organization and execution of dissemination and spill over activities.

• Keeping an overview on all technological developments in and outside of AT&S in the greater area of the project.

Your Profile:

• Graduate degree in physics, chemistry, mechatronics or electronics- , telecommunication- , or medical engineering or equivalent professional career and relevant job experience.
• Knowledge in at least one of the following areas: EU funding, PCB, IC-substrate and Packaging technologies and related markets. 
• Min. 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in R&D. 
• Customer oriented thinking and entrepreneurial spirit
• Excellent Project management know-how
• Fluent in spoken and written German and English
• Excellent moderation, presentation and communication skills
• "Open minded", communicative and "out-of-the-box thinker"
• Self-starter and team player
• Willingness to travel abroad
• Willingness to constantly learn and evolve
