RF Antenna Engineer (f/m/d)


We are looking for an RF antenna engineer that will be responsible for design, simulation and customer support for wide range of antenna topics. Furthermore, you will be responsible for supporting general RF topics and for evaluating specific technologies and manufacturing impacts on RF system performance. 


Your Responsibilities

  • Design and simulation of planar antennas
  • Design & simulation of antenna arrays elements and their feed networks
  • Design and simulation of RF components
  • Analysis of product performance
  • Documentation & presentations of results
  • Support customer inquiries related to RF/antenna topics
  • Hands-on experience with RF testing and measurement set up


Your Profile

  • Master or PhD degree in microwave engineering, electronics, telecommunication with a focus on antenna topics
  • +2 years’ Experience with CST is a must, HFSS is a plus
  • Basic knowledge with manufacturing and measurement techniques
  • Understanding of cellular networks, mmwave, UWB, and RF related industrial/automotive systems
  • Deep knowledge of wireless technologies (RF, Antenna, Systems & protocols) and standards 
  • Experience in Radar design
  • Fluent written and spoken English, German skills is a plus
  • The job position is open for graduates and professionals 
  • Strong customer orientation, managing skills and time management
  • Intercultural awareness and strong interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Analytical thinking and problem resolution skills as well as organizational talent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, German preferred

Our salary packages are competitive, take individual qualifications, and experience into consideration. In accordance with the Austrian collective labor agreement, we advise you that the minimum gross annual salary for this role is 40.000,- Euro.
