Recruitment Operations & Enablement Manager (f/m/d)

 

As the Recruitment Operations & Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the scaling operations for the global recruiting team and hiring projects by evaluating and ensuring that AT&S recruiting is proactively aligning with local recruiting legislation and compliance in all regions. As such, we are looking for a professional with an open mindset and a desire to drive results forward.

 

Your Responsibilities

 

  • Build recruiting technology roadmaps that incorporate current and future technologies, recruiting strategies, data and processes
  • Support the discovery, implementation, and administration of (new) systems, tools, and resources
  • Partner with external partners on training needs for the recruiting team while driving change management and communication plans to ensure maximum usability
  • Maintain all external recruiting agency contracts and ensure execution of agreements
  • Operationalize and provide on-going support and enablement of programs and initiatives that intersect with the recruiting team, candidates, and hiring managers

 

Your Profile

 

  • University or Higher College Degree 
  • 5+ years previous recruiting experience coupled with the ability in Recruiting Operations
  • Experience analyzing recruiting metrics to understand opportunities within the recruiting funnel and developing data-driven recommendations
  • Strong project management skills and operational rigor
  • ATS and CRM knowledge (experience with SAP is preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, excellent written and verbal communication
  • Fluency in English (other languages are a plus)

Our salary packages are competitive and take individual qualifications and experience into consideration. In accordance with the Austrian collective labour agreement, we advise you that the minimum gross annual salary for this role is 65.000,- Euro.
