SAP Consultant HR (m/f/d)


As SAP Consultant HR you will take responsibility for the assigned modules, their roadmaps and implementation. You will work with an international team consisting of members in Austria, India and China and ensure the assigned application functionality for AT&S worldwide.


Your responsibilities

  • Responsible as SAP consultant for the area Human Resources in the operational SAP ERP system landscape and SAP SuccessFactors
  • Consult, support and implement future SAP HR and SuccessFactors processes (Interfaces, Fiori Apps, Integration and roll out of new business requirements)
  • Solve & execute all incidents / projects and change requests according to the defined IT rules & standards
  • Continuously works on technical and innovative improvements as well as maintains technical documentation according to the company's standards
  • Challenge vendors from technical point of view and performs technical evaluations and ensure / enhance the service quality with external consultants


Your Profile

  • Graduate degree (from a University or other higher education institutes) in IT or equivalent professional long-term career in IT in an industrial company
  • 5+ years of IT experience and Managed Services expertise in an international environment
  • Knowledge of the SAP process landscape
  • Experience in S4/HANA is a plus
  • Self-driven personality with excellent organizational, planning, problem solving and project management skills
  • Positive attitude and intercultural awareness
  • Excellent command of English
  • Willingness to travel globally (15%)

Our salary packages are competitive and take individual qualifications and experience into consideration. In accordance with the Austrian collective labour agreement, we advise you that the minimum gross annual salary for this role is 55.000,- Euro.
