Sales Engineer (f/m/d)

 

As the Sales Engineer Aviation and Aerospace Application, you will play a critical role in connecting customer requirements with technical feasibility. Externally, you will be the main contact person to customers for all technical and quality questions/requirements; and internally, you will coordinate with different departments to pursue end-to-end solutions, in order to achieve “best in class technical support” as world-class “advanced application”.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Record customer-specific material requirements and transmit them to defined interfaces with Product Engineer, R&D, Quality Management, etc.

  • Represent company by giving technical presentations for new customers and/or in trade fairs, in order to involve customer from ESI (Early Supplier Involvement) process

  • Develop technical roadmaps in terms of customer-specific, factory-specific and R&D; Work together with Strategy & Transformation team to develop future technology

  • Measure the technical feasibility and participate in product development and factory implementation; Preliminary calculations in coordination with factory PE and/or Production Logistics

  • Review and optimize technical potential in order to guide the improvement of profit capability

  • Give regularly training on plant

 

Your Profile

  • At least 3-5 years’ related work experience; PCB/Electronics industry experience is preferred

  • Technical education background is required

  • Good sales mind-set and strong customer-oriented and market-oriented sense; Good understanding of technical/industry trends and be able to embed it in daily work

  • Fluency in English and German (third language is a plus)

  • Worldwide business travel flexibility is required

  • Good negotiation and presentation skill

  • Able to work under pressure and excellent team player in cross-functional team

Our salary packages are competitive, take individual qualifications, and experience into consideration. In accordance with the Austrian collective labor agreement, we advise you that the minimum gross annual salary for this role is 43,000,- Euro.
