Senior Customer Service Representative Order Management
In your role, you will lead the coordination of customer service and order management activities for assigned customers, ensuring excellent service and a smooth order-to-cash process. You will act as a key interface between customers, sales, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and effective communication and execution.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate customer service-related topics for assigned customers
- Manage customer orders, demand requests, and delivery date confirmations throughout the order-to-cash process
- Ensure accuracy and maintenance of SAP master data, including customer, material, and pricing information
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and other internal departments to provide timely customer support
- Analyze operational processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and service quality
- Support KPI monitoring, reporting, and process optimization initiatives
- Resolve complex customer cases requiring cross-functional coordination and problem-solving
- Provide relevant customer and operational insights to support customer meetings and business decisions
Your Profile
- Background in Customer Service, Order Management, Supply Chain Coordination, or a related field
- Strong experience in customer-facing operations, order processing, and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience in project coordination, process improvement initiatives, or informal leadership responsibilities
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting, data analysis, and dashboard creation
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, as well as MS Office applications
- Fluent German and English language skills; additional languages are considered an advantage
