Senior Specialist SAP Key User
This position can be filled on a full-time or part-time basis, with part-time arrangements starting from 50%.
In this role, you will be the primary SAP CO expert within Corporate Controlling, supporting users and improving controlling processes, data quality and decision-making.
Your Responsibilities
- Measure and analyze business performance to identify improvement opportunities and support effective controlling
- Provide decision support to internal and external stakeholders by evaluating relevant information and translating findings into clear insights
- Serve as the primary expert for SAP CO modules and provide first-level support to end users
- Understand and document business processes and requirements to support effective SAP CO solutions
- Maintain user documentation, procedures and work instructions while promoting best practices and standardized system usage
- Participate in SAP projects, upgrades and enhancements to support the development of controlling processes and systems
- Validate system changes before production deployment to ensure that they meet documented business requirements
- Ensure accurate and consistent master data while supporting compliance with company policies and audit requirements
Your Profile
- University degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration, or another relevant qualification from a recognized institution
- Considerable professional experience as an SAP Key User and Controller
- Expert knowledge of Excel and SAP, particularly FICO, BW and BPC, combined with good knowledge of IBM TM1
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate complex data and support informed decision-making
- Sound understanding of both business and technical topics, combined with an independent, proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to support projects, influence key stakeholders and drive alignment toward strategic objectives
- Fluent English skills; German language skills are considered an advantage
