Shift Quality Engineer / HTL Absolvent (f/m/d)

In this role, you will ensure quality stability and process compliance, providing timely QA support to production, enforcing standard operating procedures, and deploying effective quality systems. 

Your Responsibilities

• Implement routine quality assessments per shift to monitor production line efficiency, using a standardized process compliance checklist. Execute consistent audits, including 5S and standard shop floor evaluations, to ensure adherence to operational standards
• Ensure quality stability and improve yield by reducing process deviations
• Provide timely support to production for risk assessment of quality issues, minimizing non-conforming inventory
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and quality instructions throughout the process line
• Deploy and optimize the effectiveness of the quality system within the manufacturing process
• Report activity status and concerns related to assigned work to the Quality Manager

Your Profile

• Completed higher technical education; fresh graduates (Higher Technical College) are welcome to apply
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• German and English language as well as excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively both as a team member and as an individual contributor
• Willingness to work in a shift-model
