Specialist Corporate ESG (f/m/d)

 

As a Specialist Corporate ESG, on a limited contract, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our compliance with ESG standards and enhancing our sustainability initiatives. Your expertise will guide AT&S in maintaining ethical business practices, managing ESG reporting, and fostering a culture of sustainability across all levels.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Serve as the central point of contact for corporate ESG topics and ensure clear communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate and assure internal and external ESG reporting in German and English, providing stakeholders with up-to-date ESG information
  • Ensure adherence to Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) requirements and manage RBA online platform activities
  • Oversee annual conflict minerals reporting and maintain compliance with the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI)
  • Improve ESG processes and tools in collaboration with cross-functional areas to ensure efficiency and consistency

 

Your Profile

  • University degree from a recognized technical education institution (HTL, Bachelor, or Master degree from a University or Advanced Technical College)
  • Minimum of 3 years in a similar position
  • Well-grounded knowledge of sustainability practices
  • Excellent program management and strategy development skills
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, particularly with PowerPoint
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and oral
