R&D Specialist (f/m/d) Innovation and Funding

 

We are looking for a Specialist Innovation and Funding Management that will be responsible for the development, implementation, tracking and improving of effective and efficient Innovation Processes across all AT&S locations.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Funding Management – ensuring an efficient funding application process; continuous monitoring, reporting and audit of funded projects
  • Representative and sparring partner for internal and external parties (customers, suppliers, partners, funding agencies, etc.) in all Innovation Management and Funding related issues
  • Successful monitoring, documentation and completion of AT&S internal innovation appraisal instrument  - the Innovation Award
  • Cooperation and communication with colleagues across all AT&S sites,  project partners, suppliers  and customers
  • Leadership, motivation and encouragement of international teams employing AT&S Innovation process

 

Your Profile

  • Graduate degree in economics, law or technical study and in depth education in Innovation Management
  • 3+ years of experience  in the field of Innovation Management
  • Customer-oriented thinking and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Excellent organizational talent and management skills especially of virtual teams
  • Knowledge in Lean Six Sigma Administration preferable
  • Excellent moderation and presentation skills
  • Open-minded, communicative and out-of-the-box thinker
  • Eagerness to constantly learn and evolve
    Fluent in spoken and written German and English
  • Willingness to travel

Our salary packages are competitive and take individual qualifications and experience into consideration. In accordance with the Austrian collective labour agreement, we advise you that the minimum gross annual salary for this role is 40.555,00 Euro.
