Specialist Quality Assurance (m/f/d)

and Solutions Management

 

As Specialist Quality Assurance you are reporting to the Head of Corporate Quality Assurance and will act as a key user promoting the new Computer Aided Quality Management throughout all phases within the organization to support a successful rollout. We are looking for a professional with a passion for establishing networks and the willingness to support our Global Global Quality Management team.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Act as a Global Key User for the Computer Aided Quality (CAQ) Management System
    • Ensure standardization of CAQ structure and execution of regular reporting
    • Development of CAQ system to meet the organizational needs together with IT and Supplier
    • Support the rollout and trainings on a global scale for all AT&S sites
  • Continuous improvement of the Quality Management System and Software
  • Define systems and tools to monitor performance indicators
  • Define systems and tools to manage and act upon customer requirements and monitor customer satisfaction
  • Support Industry 4.0 initiatives, in regards to quality along the company
  • Establish programs for Quality Sensors and Gates to monitor customer satisfaction

 

Your Profile

  • Recognized technical education (HTL, Bachelor or Master degree)
  • Technical education in the field of Electrical Engineering or similar
  • Recognized technical education (HTL, Bachelor or Master Degree)
  • Several years of work experience are an advantage, preferably in electronic industry
  • Broad experience in quality standards and core tools such as FMEA, 8D or SPC, PCP
  • Sound experience in Customer Requirements Management
  • Highly advanced IT skills (Quality Management Software, SharePoint, CRM, Excel, SAP QM, Minitab, Jump)
  • Advanced skills in data analytics, machine learning regression analyses
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong analytical and communicational skills
  • Willingness to travel

Our salary packages are competitive and take individual qualifications and experience into consideration. In accordance with the Austrian collective labour agreement, we advise you that the minimum annual gross salary for this role is 46.645,- EUR.
