Specialist Ticketing (f/m/d)
The Specialist Ticketing plays a key role in ensuring the stability, scalability, and continuous improvement of the ticketing platform. This position is responsible for maintaining core system functionality, implementing enhancements, and supporting the integration of new modules in alignment with industry best practices. The administrator also contributes to the development and execution of service management processes, particularly those related to technical services.
Your Responsibilities
- Administer and configure core ticketing tool functionalities
- Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, script includes, and other platform components
- Ensure the stability and performance of the ServiceNow platform through proactive monitoring (e.g., implementation of health check dashboards), maintenance, and issue resolution
- Evaluate, test, and integrate new ServiceNow modules and features, providing recommendations based on industry best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and improve existing processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the ServiceNow environment
- Document configurations, processes, and changes for internal knowledge sharing
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in tool administration and development
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and their implementation beneficial, with proven experience with ITSM tools (e.g., Jira Service Management)
- Good spoken and written language skills both in English and German
- Intercultural competences due to international cooperation
- Good communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Documentation skills – able to clearly summarize and document processes and validation results
