Successfactors Consultant (f/m/d)

 

As an IT Process Consultant – HR, you will act as the IT sparring partner to the HR Key User in the realization of the HR strategic projects with the purpose to co-shape, consult and implement strategically relevant HR IT systems and tools.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Key IT sparring partner to the HR Key User in the realization of the HR strategic projects

  • Act as IT project leader for HR related projects

  • Work closely with HR Key User in HR department to define and prioritize HR IT related projects, ensuring the timely completion of deliverables and milestones

  • Implement security standards for data protection and access

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships and providing expert guidance on IT process improvement strategies and methodologies


Your Profile

  • BA or MA degree in IT or comparable education paired with necessary work experience in HR IT

  • Over 10 years of Success Factors experience

  • ITIL and COBIT knowledge, certification is beneficial 

  • Strong knowledge along the complete employee lifecycle - attract to retire process

  • Strong Success Factors knowledge 

  • SAP HCM knowledge

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to lead projects with over 10 team members (internationally and virtually)

  • Certificates in any HCM or Success Factors module is beneficial 

  • ABAP skills are beneficial

  • Resilient and self-driven personality with strong communicational skills and structured work style

  • Good team player with an integrated and interdisciplinary way of thinking and acting

  • Social skills (teamwork, working with virtual teams)

  • Flexibility and curiosity for new tasks

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries, take individual qualifications and experience into consideration and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
