Supply Chain Development Manager (f/m/d)

Supply Chain Processes, Tools & Digitalization



As Supply Chain Development Manager, based in one of AT&S locations either in Austria or Asia (depending on your current location), you are responsible for the AT&S group-wide set-up, definition and implementation of the Supply Chain Development Strategy for Supply Chain Processes, Tools and Digitalization, reporting directly to the Supply Chain Director. We are looking for a self-driven, charismatic Leader with start-up mentality, experience in building an area from scratch and aligning new teams.


Your Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for the Supply Chain Development Strategy and Roadmap for Processes and Tools for E2E digital Supply Chain integration on AT&S corporate level
  • Building up and leading the new Supply Chain Development Organization both functionally and disciplinary
  • Elaboration, definition, planning and execution of the entire Supply Chain Development Program and Projects in alignment with the given Supply Chain Process and Project Owners
  • Acting as the global owner of selected Supply Chain Development Processes and Implementation Tools
  • Regular Reporting of defined KPIs to the Supply Chain Director
  • Overall Budget and Cost Responsibility for the department


Your Profile

  • BA or MA degree in Business, Supply Chain or similar field
  • Minimum 5+ years of work experience in leading role in process development and digitalization in Supply Chain in an international manufacturing company
  • Proven record of minimum 3+ years in a Leadership role in Supply Chain, leading a multicultural, partially remote team in several time zones
  • Long term experience in Project Management, Strategic Planning and Implementation
  • A structured, result-oriented and reliable work style with willingness to take ownership
  • Culturally sensible and charismatic leader
  • Full English proficiency written and oral
  • Willingness to travel (once worldwide travelling regulations change)

In accordance with the Austrian collective labor agreement, we advise you that the minimum gross annual salary for this role in Austria is 65.000,- Euro. Please note that our salary packages are competitive, take individual qualifications and experience as well as work location and respective local labor agreements into consideration.
