Transformation Manager

In your role as Transformation Manager, you will identify and drive business transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, effectiveness, and operational excellence across AT&S. You will collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into sustainable business value.

Your Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize business transformation opportunities across the organization.
• Drive process improvements and target operating model development.
• Lead transformation projects and programs from planning to implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align objectives and drive successful outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and decision-making sessions.
• Support change management activities and organizational adoption.
• Develop business cases, roadmaps, and value realization frameworks.
• Monitor performance and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience in business transformation, management consulting, process management, or operational excellence.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of end-to-end business processes and process optimization methods.
• Experience working in international and matrix organizations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with executive and operational stakeholders.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
