Yield and Process Integration Manager (f/m/d)

 

In your role, you will be responsible for the plant-wide foreign material strategy, enhancing yield performance and consolidating our foreign material systems. You will lead in audits, roadmap-aligned improvements, and database maintenance. Furthermore, your collaboration with various departments will be instrumental in sharpening defect visibility and addressing product challenges, ensuring we consistently meet our customer's expectations.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and shape the plant-wide foreign material strategy, embedding its structure, systems, culture, and yield improvement initiatives.

  • Execute comprehensive audits, analyze resulting data, and prioritize improvements, ensuring alignment with our strategic roadmap.

  • Maintain and strengthen the foreign material system, monitoring stations and the failure analysis fingerprint database.

  • Deep dive into foreign material data analysis to identify key operational areas, ensuring clarity and insight into each area impacted by FM.

  • Develop and implement procedures and frameworks for foreign material investigation, particularly in identifying root causes, establishing elimination strategies, and guiding studies on reject type commonalities and segmentation.

  • Collaborate closely with process owners, refining machine cleaning protocols and critically evaluating the quality of environmental and custodial cleaning processes.

  • Proactively alert relevant teams and management about potential yield loss, FM, or PCS anomalies.

  • Design roadmaps to achieve organizational targets and ensure their effective communication to respective stakeholders.

  • Coordinate with LAB, Quality Data Management, SixSigma, and other departments, ensuring alignment and clarity in our strategic objectives.

  • Drive improvements in our current quality detection systems, embracing a culture of continuous enhancement.

 

Your Profile

  • University degree with technical focus
  • Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in related fields, with a distinct advantage given to experience in the semiconductor and electronics sectors
  • Proficiency in quality tools including SPC, MSA, FMEA, CP, complemented by familiarity with metrology tools
  • Demonstrated experience in yield management, defect identification, and quality project management
  • Comprehensive understanding of statistical methodologies, notably Design of Experiments (DoE), hypothesis testing, and commonality analysis
  • Detail-oriented approach, complemented by a willingness to work in a cleanroom environment
  • Track record of effective collaboration with diverse and intercultural teams
  • Ability to navigate and excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in standard office software applications and exceptional written and spoken English skills

Our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries, take individual qualifications and experience into consideration and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
