IT OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR-SERVICE NOW

Your Responsibilities 

• Monitor health usage and overall compliance of Service Now and its applications.
• Assist in building and maintaining internal technical documentation, manuals, policies and procedures.
• Responsible to coordinate application and platform upgrades.
• Work closely with IT business partners to configure and improve core platform capabilities in accordance with ITIL best practices.
• General support, administration and maintenance of Service Now platform and associated applications.

Your Profile 

• Technical Education with Service Now certification (admin or higher) and minimum 2 years related work experience or 5 years' experience in/as Service Now administrator with overall 8+ professional IT experience.
• Service Now certified system administrator preferred.
• Analytical thinking and problem resolution skills.
• Proficiency in verbal and written English communication.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
