IT TECHNICAL CONSULTANT-SERVICE NOW

Your Responsibilities 

• Responsible for creation of design specification based on out-of-the-box functionality and process owner requirements.
• Responsible to maintain detailed system documentation including design specs, maintainence, troubleshooting, deployment, disaster recovery, tech notes, testing etc.
• Responsible for configuration of ITSM and other solutions within ServiceNow while driving overall implementation through go live.
• Responsible to lead client workshops to review and capture business requirements and convert them to technical requirements.
• Work closesly with buiness analysts to develop the agreed solutions.
• Prepare training and doumentation for the provided solutions to inernal IT tool users as well as IT customer.

Your Profile 

• Technical Education with Service Now certification (admin or higher) and minimum 2 years related work experience or 5 years' experience in/as Service Now administrator with overall 8+ professional IT experience.
• Experience in ServiceNow implementation, including in depth knowledge of ServiceNow's functionality, database structures, developer API's development tools and techniques.
• Good Knowledge of ITSM and ITIL disciplines.
• Analytical thinking and problem resolution skills.
• Proficiency in verbal and written English communication.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
