IT SOFTWARE DEVELOPER-SERVICE NOW

Your Responsibilities 

• Designing, coding, customizing and implementing into existing ServiceNow solutions, according to company specifications.
• Responsible to manage the platform to ensure stability and implement architectural changes when necessary.
• Service Now Customization and implementation of various modules incident management, problem management, Change Management etc.
• Responsible to validate solution concept regarding technical feasibility and align with architectural landscape.
• Responsible to apply business concepts to technical solution.
• Responsible to manage third party integrations with ServiceNow, creating and managing ServiceNow catalouge, ServiceNow portal, ServiceNow server and client-side API's.
• Responsible to create service catalouge, creating reports, e-mail notifications and other custom applications.

Your Profile 

• Technical Education with 3 years' experience in/as ServiceNow developer with overall 8+ professional IT experience.
• Expertise in developing client scripts, business rules, UI policies, UI actions, script include, SLA and import sets. 
• Expertise in using  Java Scripts and good knowledge of HTML5, CSS, XML, REST, SOAP and SQL Server.
• Good Knowledge of ITSM and ITIL disciplines.
• Analytical thinking and problem resolution skills.
• Proficiency in verbal and written English communication.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
