To enhance our successful Legal Team in Nanjangud (India), we are looking for a passionate

LEGAL COUNSEL

Your Responsibilities:

• Support in compliance related matters including compliance audit under various applicable law.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, agreements, deeds, petitions, affidavits, MOUs, letters to regulatory/ statutory authorities.
• Active participation in litigation matters including interacting with internal stakeholders, external legal counsels/ advocates, visit to courts.
• Support in corporate affairs (including under companies act, 2013) related matters.
• Administration of contract review and contract house databases, compliance and litigation management tools.

Your Profile:

• Academic Degree in Law with minimum 3 years' experience as Legal counsel/Legal Advisor or similar position.
• Good Interpersonal Skills 
• Functional Knowledge of Corporate, contract, labour laws, environmental and International Laws.
• Fluency in written and verbal communication (English and Kannada).
• Computer Skills: MS Office.
