MANAGER QUALITY ENGINEERING

Your Responsibilities:

• Drive root cause analysis for major scrap and follow up action  through internal deviation.
• Drive projects for customer complaint reduction.
• Moniter in process and out process rework trend and drive actions for trend.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration, Problem Solving, Traceability Control, IQS integration and Continuous Improvement.
• Data Analysis, Reporting, Auditing, Specification Review, Checklist Filling for QE Functions and Compliance
• Responsible for new Qualifications (Product, Process, Material, Method…), Testing and Automation
• Driving a culture of quality and ensuring the delivery of reliable products that meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Responsible for Quality Assuarance (QA) and Quality Control (QC).

Your Profile:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering with minimum 5 years experience of handling QA, QC, Reporting and Auditing functions in PCB / PCBA plants.
• PCB / PCBA Knowledge, including relevant knowledge in industry standards (e.g., IPC-A-600, IPC-601, ISO, IATF) and compliance.
• Experience in handling Change Management, pFMEA, 8D, DMAIC, 7 QC Tools, CAR, MRB, A3, MSA, CP, APQP, PPAP, SPC topics
• Good Verbal and written communication skills.
• IT Skills: MS Office, SAP, Minitab.
• Strong analytical thinking, Quality & continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to represent organisation to external stakeholders.
• Attention to detail with good technical acumen.
