Project Leader Quality Management (m/f/d)

As Project Leader Quality Management you will be the QMiP representative of Nanjangud and integrate a global QMiP framework in our Nanjangud plant. You will act as the Quality Project Lead and be responsible for ensuring high project and product quality standards in the development phase through leadership and coordination of all quality-related project activities and functions.


Your Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a quality plan concept within the framework and guidelines of the plant, customer, and industry requirements

  • Define and track product related quality- and reliability-targets during the development phase

  • Participation in project gate reviews and detection of potential risks and challenges

  • Regular reporting of process quality, product quality status, quality incidents and root-cause-analysis 

  • Communication, coordination and alignment of the quality management team within the project 

  • Plan, lead and document customer and/or internal project audits based on internal AT&S and customer specific guidelines, questionnaires or requirements


Your Profile

  • Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or similar from a Higher Technical College or University

  • 3+ years professional experience in Quality Management with knowledge in related tools and methods

  • Sound knowledge of problem solving tools (8D, 5S, 7 QC, DMAIC, Six Sigma methodology)

  • Analytical skills and the ability to work with statistical software (e.g. Minitab)

  • Knowledge of Lean Management concepts and methodologies

  • Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written)
