SECTION MANAGER NPI

Your Responsibilities 
•    Lead technical gap & risk analysis including mitigation actions before new sample start.
•    Responsible for planning/providing technical representative for TFC, parameters setup, sample build monitoring and well-being.
•    Lead cross functional team to resolve technical related issue affecting sample build.
•    Interface to Manufacturing Engineering team for sample build review.
•    Lead new machine/ process/material optimization related to new products.
•    Lead technical related readiness and process/parameters lock-in.
•    Lead technical related yield improvement and alignment with stakeholders.

Your Profile 
•    Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering with minimum 5 years' experience in PCB or electronics manufacturing industry
•    Good Analytical skills with attention to detail 
•    Integrated and interdisciplinary thinking.
•    Good Communication, both verbal and written in English.
•    Self-motivating ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
