SENIOR ENGINEER PPC

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain mid-term capacity and production plans aligned with business and customer demand.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose de-bottlenecking options using capacity analysis and scenario simulation.
• Ensure accuracy of BOMs and master data to support material readiness.
• Align with Sourcing, IE, and Production to prevent shortages and schedule disruptions.
• Plan, release, and monitor production orders; verify material, tooling, and resource readiness.
• Ensure that WIP levels, buffers, and throughput targets align with plan requirements.
• Conduct impact analyses and initiate re-scheduling or corrective actions when deviations occur.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor of Engineering with minimum 5 years' experience in PPC, preferably in a PCB manufacturing organization.
• Proficiency in SAP Production Planning (PP), APO, or equivalent ERP planning modules.
• Analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; experience with data analysis or visualization tools is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
• IT Tools: SAP, MS Office, Planning tools
• Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented working style.
