SENIOR MANAGER-QUALITY

Your Responsibilities

• Represent and promote customer requirements within the plant.
• Ensure the processes needed for QMS are established, implemented, maintained and improved.
• Ensure requirements and standards stated in IATF16949/ ISO 9000 is met.
• Represent plant to the customers/ 3rd party certification agencies in all quality related aspects.
• Strategic development of the QM-system of the plant and the BU.
• Monitor conformance with quality standards and procedures and initiaete all necessary actions to prevent nonconformaties of products, processes.
• Develop and deploy advanced quality tools, also implement product and process data managemnt system.
• First level decision making in case of potential deviations.

Your Profile

• Bachelor Degree in Technical eduaction with minimum 10 years' total experience, mimimum 5 years' experience in PCB or Semiconductor industry as quality manager.

• Excellent leadership skills with proven track record in team handling.

• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to represent the company to external organizations.
