SENIOR PROCESS ENGINEER-DRILLING

Your Responsibilities 

• Understand wellness of the process, product and equipment in real time. Identify any shifts from baseline and react accordingly.
• Understand mechanical drilling machines capability and positional accuracy.
• Responsible to drive root cause analysis and corrective action.
• Analysis to scanner report to ensure spindle/ machine is stopped for producing defects.
• Responsible to measure diameter tolerance, distance measurement, PFC, slot requirements according to specific customer requirement.
• Assess potential impacts/ risks in case of spindle/ machine capability is out of specification.

Your Profile 

• Bachelor of Engineering with minimum 3 years of experience as process/ Quality engineer in drilling process.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written communication.
• Good Team Player
• Good Interpersonal skills
