Account Manager - Automotive


As the Account Manager Automotive, you will be responsible for the overall Automotive accounts, operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the customer, and coordinate all customer relevant activities within AT&S. 


Your Responsibilities

  • Profit and revenue-responsibility for defined accounts
  • Contract review, pricing and price review in accordance with internal guidelines
  • Provide management with relevant information and updates about customer activities, competition and general market
  • Maximize customer satisfaction and continually provide high standard of customer service 
  • Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions
  • Optimization of accounts in terms of products, growth, price, technology, service and quality
  • Acquisition and development of new customers/projects
  • Grow and develop existing clients, together with generating new business


Your Profile

  • Commercial/technical education with commercial/technical understanding and long-time experience in Sales and Customer Service
  • Bachelor degree (technical or commercial background)
  • Successful track record in Sales & Marketing for at least 5 years in the US market
  • In depth market and industry knowledge with a proven success record in developing new markets and closing business deals
  • Experience in creating strategic and operational sales plans
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including Executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Strong customer and market orientation with the ability to identify future trends and relationships
  • Proactive, open minded and committed personality
  • Fluent in written and verbal English
  • Willingess to travel
