Key Account Manager


As Key Account Manager you will report directly to the Director Strategic Sales, act as the central point of contact, and interact closely with one of our key customers on site in USA to support business needs for Substrate, Interposer and potentially other related applications and deploy account strategies in conjunction with the Management. Depending on your location, you may choose to work from our office in San Jose, California (USA) or remotely via home office in Phoenix, Arizona (USA).


Your Responsibilities

  • Strive to enhance and optimize the existing partnership to achieve high level customer satisfaction and to establish the required internal organizational set up as well as efficient communication channels
  • Continuously work on and strengthen the relationship with opinion leaders and key decision makers
  • Support the permanent evaluation of future growth opportunities to ensure commercial targets are met
  • Support the internal communication and interaction between plants and departments
  • Responsible for regular communication on open issues within AT&S in order to drive and assist with resolution
  • Authority to initiate and drive programs, engage appropriate resources from cross- functional teams and steer actions needed to ensure customer requirements are fully met
  • Evaluate customer and upcoming market developments to support the customer and AT&S strategy


Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical or commercial education
  • Strong technical sales experience seen as an advantage
  • Minimum 3+ years working experience in a Senior Sales or Product Management position
  • Excellent knowledge of fabrication processes in the PCB/Substrate/Semiconductor industry and in depth market and industry knowledge
  • Strategic leadership and interpersonal skills, a self-organized and initiative style of working
  • Analytical thinking personality with the ability to work autonomously on multiple projects and develop solutions
  • Skilled in conducting face-to-face presentations to customers, negotiating, closing sales and account management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Willingness to travel
