Key Account Manager - Semiconductor


As the Key Account Manager, located in either San José (CA) or Phoenix (AZ), you will be responsible for the overall Semiconductor accounts with a focus on substrate manufacturing, operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the customer, and coordinate all customer relevant activities within AT&S. 


Your Responsibilities

  • Establish business partnerships and fully support all customer requests
  • Profit and revenue responsibility for defined key semiconductor accounts including budget review
  • Contract review, pricing and price review in accordance with internal guidelines
  • Provide management with relevant information and updates about customer activities, competition and general market
  • Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions
  • Grow and develop existing clients, together with generating new business


Your Profile

  • Commercial and/or technical education with technical and commercial understanding of the semicon industry and long-time experience in Sales & Marketing
  • Min. 5 years of experience in Key Account Management or Account Management with focus on substrate manufacturing
  • Strong customer and market orientation with the ability to build long-lasting relationships
  • Excellent communication, presentation and persuasion skills effective across all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Willingness to travel
