Sales & Customer Service Supervisor

 

This is a B2B position, responsible for supervising the CSC (Customer Service Coordination) Team in two locations in the U.S. (San Jose, CA and Chicago, IL) and maintaining several key accounts. The focus is on building and developing the team to provide excellent customer service and productive relationships with the account managers, sales engineers and customers, both external and internal. The supervisory duties include training, mentoring and professional development as well as functional and disciplinary leadership of the team.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead coordination of all customer service related issues for the Sales Area Americas
  • Functional and disciplinary leadership of AT&S Americas’ CSC Team
  • Oversee the execution of all processes of RFQ and Order to Cash Process to ensure highest customer satisfaction and meet KPIs
  • Main contact person for designated accounts and associated Account Managers, Key Account Managers and Sales Engineers regarding quotes, delivery and shipment schedules
  • Balance customer allocation within the team
  • Ensure appropriate trained staffing of CS in all U.S. locations; propose recruiting when needed and support selection process
  • Give input on budgeting / forecast (Cost Center)
  • Report to US Management on all matters related to the tasks
  • Set clear targets, develop training plans and give employee-feedback
     

Your Profile

  • AA degree and minimum 5 years of combined experience in B2B customer service and as a supervisor
  • Experience in Sales/Order Management/Customer Service, Supply Chain Management or similar, preferably in the electronics industry
  • General experience and basic knowledge of legal, commercial, accounting and technical business issues
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills (experience in managing remote teams useful)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced team environment
  • Strong attention to detail while focusing on the big picture
  • Strong organizational and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Competency in MS Office; SAP is a plus
  • Ability to travel occasionally (domestically and internationally)
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.
