Senior Director - Key Account Management

 

As the Senior Director - Key Account Management, you will be responsible for the overall key account(s), operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the account(s), and coordinate all account relevant activities within AT&S.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Derive a Key Account Road Map to guarantee best fit in terms of customer/industry needs and achieve long-term success
  • Profit & revenue-responsibility for defined key account(s) incl. review of budget
  • Focus on growth and development of existing clients as well as generating new business
  • Operate as the leader for all points of contact specific to the customer and coordinate all customer relevant activities within AT&S
  • Provide the Management with relevant information and updates about customer activities, competition and general market
  • Establish and optimize a meeting structure with the customer to ensure regular alignments between the partner and AT&S

 

Your Profile

  • BA, MA or equivalent technical or commercial degree with strong business acumen
  • Excellent knowledge of fabrication processes in the PCB/Substrate/Semiconductor industry and in-depth market and industry knowledge
  • 5+ years in a mid to large-cap international company (preferably in the electronics industry) with a successful track record of performance in an executive sales/key account position
  • Strategic leadership and interpersonal skills with an analytical thinking personality and ability to develop solutions
  • Skilled in conducting face-to-face presentations to customers, negotiating, closing sales, driving business development and key account management with ability to represent the company internally and externally
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Willingness to travel
