Senior Manager Business Development

Connectivity Module & Storage

 

As Senior Manager Business Development with the focus on Connectivity Module & Storage you will be responsible for the identification and analysis of emerging trends and applications, new market opportunities and potential customers in the field of Semiconductors and Modules. Furthermore you will perform strategic analysis and implement growth solutions for the business line.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify emerging trends and applications, new markets and potential customers in the field of Semiconductors & Modules
  • Perform customer visits to introduce AT&S products, identify current and future needs, roadmaps and drive customer engagement and development, build strategic relationships
  • Initiate and manage joint development programs
  • Global product management, development of products and application roadmaps and go-to market strategy
  • Perform strategic analysis, definition and implementation of growth solutions for the business line
  • Collaborate with management on goals, planning and forecasting; develop business cases and maintain short – and long-term business development plans
  • Strategic marketing: organize technology roadshows and actively participate and present at customers, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences
  • Cross- functional and business lines collaboration for product development and implementation of strategic initiatives

 

Your Profile

  • 10 years + work experience in a Marketing, Market Research, Business Development or Product Management function in the Semiconductor industry
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Microelectronics or equivalent, MBA is an advantage
  • Profound technical and business knowledge of the semiconductor industry including system design with a strong packaging and system level integration background
  • Strategic thinker, analytical mindset with excellent marketing and presentation skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude, accountable, open-minded  and intercultural awareness
  • Excellent skills in MS Office 
  • Fluency in English is required
