Senior Specialist Application Engineering

As the Senior Specialist Application Engineering, you will act as the main point of contact for all technical matters in relation to defined customers and functions within AT&S.

Your Responsibilites

• Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with annual goals through regular reviews
• Act as a technical liaison between US teams/accounts and plants in Europe/APAC
• Manage customer projects efficiently with strong project management skills
• Foster team growth through internal know-how and skill development
• Be a proactive, strong project leader ensuring team and customer needs are met globally

Your Profile

• Technical education with a strong focus on engineering

• 3-5 years working experience in PCB/IC-substrates/electronics manufacturing

• Strong customer and market orientation with the ability to recognize future trends

• Willingness to participate and lead technical exchange with international partners (internal and external)

• Team-orientated with ability to communicate and interact with cross-functional teams and customers

• Strong project management skills

• Fluent in written and oral English (additional languages are a plus)
