Account Quality Manager

Your Responsibilities

  • Single point of contact for high demanding accounts in regions.
    -   Promote the “one AT&S” principle to the assigned customer;
    -   First interface to the assigned customer for all quality matters;
    -   Set directives for quality in the affected plants for the respective customer;
    -   Support strategic account development in the respective region;
    -   Organise rework/sorting at customer side, external companies or AT&S plants;  
    -   Assure worldwide customer complaint process, drive and control necessary corrective actions, check effectiveness of 8D’s, handling of escalations, off spec. request handling.
  • Understand account /customer requirements and feed CRM team with information.
    -   Work out regions/account quality specifics in alignment with CRM Team (General Quality expectations for Certain Regions);
    -   Act as main interface to the customers for the respective regions/accounts to understand and negotiate expectations to the Quality Management System (Quality agreements) and as internal interface towards the CRM team;
    -   Understand customer specifications and lead negotiations where necessary (first escalation level for assigned region) in coordination with the CRM team.
  • Support of local quality organization preparing for customer audits.
    -   Improved customer satisfaction level at audits.
  • KPI (QNECT System, Score card). 
    -   Follow up to ensure record integrity;
    -   Preparation of monthly reports and presentation for assigned customers to realize trends and define counteractions and or improvement projects.
  • Continuous improvement  
    -   Continuous improvement process is driven pro-actively in the area of responsibility;
    -   Regular improvement projects are initiated within the account teams to maintain high level quality standards. 

 

Your Profile

  • Technical education
  • Proven record in a Management position with leadership experience;
  • 5-10 years of experience in Quality Management;
  • Profound knowledge of AT&S´s PCB manufacturing processes and technologies;
  • Good knowledge of Quality tools (FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, 8D) and management systems (Lean, Six Sigma, statistical methods etc.);
  • Proven experience in dealing with AT&S´s customers;
  • Excellent analytical problem resolution and organizational skills;
  • Diplomatic, result oriented and persistent personality with convincing negotiation skills;
  • Good communication/presentation skills and high intercultural awareness;
  • Highly flexible in terms of travelling;
  • Excellent command of English, additional language skills based on the assigned account are preferred but not mandatory;
  • Willingness to lead international, multicultural teams;
  • Knowledge regarding Printed Circuit Boards and related Manufacturing Processes preferred;
  • Experience with IT Tools like SAP, MS Office, Lotus Notes, Minitab (Jump), CAQ Systems.
