Account Quality Manager

Responsibility：

• Single point of contact for high demanding accounts in regions
• Understand account /customer requirements and feed CRM team with information
• Support of local quality organization preparing for customer audits
• KPI (QNECT System, Score card)
• Continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Technical education
• Proven record in a Management position with leadership experience
• Profound knowledge of AT&S´s PCB manufacturing processes and technologies
• Good knowledge of Quality tools (FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, 8D) and management systems (Lean, Six Sigma, statistical methods etc.)
• Proven experience in dealing with AT&S´s customers
• Excellent analytical problem resolution and organizational skills
• Diplomatic, result oriented and persistent personality with convincing negotiation skills
• Good communication/presentation skills and high intercultural awareness
• Highly flexible in terms of travelling
• Excellent command of English, additional language skills based on the assigned account are preferred but not mandatory
• Willingness to lead international, multicultural teams
• 5-10 years of experience in Quality Management
• Knowledge regarding Printed Circuit Boards and related Manufacturing Processes preferred
• Experience with IT Tools like SAP, MS Office, Lotus Notes, Minitab (Jump), CAQ Systems
