Your Responsibilities

• Sustainable optimization of manufacturing processes and procedures to meet all requirements regarding quality, productivity and production costs
• Lead for Tools Qualification, process & product improvement to increase the yield and stability
• Drive process yield improvement to achieve overall company target
• Cost improvement by process optimization, alternative materials & chemistry qualification to achieve cost saving target
• Continuous optimization regarding quality, productivity, environment and costs
• Lead HVM readiness review and key defect task force driving for Yield improvement to meet new product HVM yield target
• Other Job assignment from superior

• Degree from senior technical college in Electronic/Chemical engineering, 5+ years of experience in Electronic/Chemical engineering
• Fluent in English, Computer skills
• Open minded, good communication and team spirits
• Good Leadership skills, Fluent in English
