Your Responsibilities

• BU Strategic capacity planning and calculation
• Standardization of plant capacity planning
• Cross-Plant Idle Equipment Transfer and Management
• Automation of BU master DB and tool development
• Capex management, tracking and drive capex avoidance
• BU all plant IR review, gating and tracking
• Support all BU ES plants & Project implementation

Your Profile

• Bachelor or above degree in industrial engineering or related,
• 3 years working experience in manufacturing factory, PCB or semiconductor company industrial engineering experience is a plus
• Fluent in spoken and written English with good data sensitivity and data analytical
• Familiar with SAP and MES, MS-office software, VBA is a plus
• Knowledge of industrial engineering like capacity planning, time management and so on.
