Your Responsibilities

• Excursion Management ：Impacted products on time isolation, on hold, comprehensive and professional risk assessment considering quality risk/escapee risk/reliability risk/shipment condition/transportation risk, etc. and follow up actions before further risk assessment in need and clear products disposition result, either release or sorting or scrap, etc.
• Validate the effectiveness of CA&PA and make sure related document standardization and key learnings sharing.
• Workflow on time closure.
• Quality System Improvement ：Support or responsible for system set up and optimization to better monitor or to improvement efficiency and reduce waste or error-proof, etc.
• Internal line walk, internal audit, gap analysis ：Executive periodically line walk or internal audit to find process or system gap, lead or push gap closure plans on time closure.
• Customer audit and complain support ：Well preparation of related process together with production/maintenance, etc. (process control/product control, PCS, metrology, excursion /change control, etc.) and participate or support fast closure of audit findings.
• Support customer complain feedback follow excursion management procedure.
• QLM management ：Ensure QLM to carry out their job with professional way and assign works well. Job arrangement should explore efficiently, smart method. Qualification, shift change, discipline management, related trainings should be well arranged.
• Keep regularly communication with QLM, listen to their voice and give feedback.
• Project Management：Participate or lead project to support yield improvement, error-proof, customer requirements, etc.
• Support mechanical drilling related quality activities, analyze drilling defects and drive process improvement.
• Communicate with cross functional teams and external suppliers to align requirements and resolve quality issues.
• Take ownership of supplier quality management, follow up corrective actions to achieve full closure.
• Other tasks assigned from manager; Based on actual tasks requirements.

Your Profile

• Technical education on higher level (preferably with specialisation in chemistry or process engineering), experience in related industry advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9000, QS 9000 and TS16949).
• Works independently.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Stress resistant.
• Precise and open communication.
• Familiar with MS Office Package (Word, Excel).
• Familiar with Minitab, Mindmap.
• Team spirit
