Head of Regional Sales
As the Head of Regional Sales, you will be responsible for the regional sales in China, with a focus on maintaining profitable, long-lasting partnerships and maximizing customer satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities
- Establish business partnerships and fully support all customer requests
- Revenue responsibility in the assigned Sales area and coordination of relevant activities with AT&S Business Units and Business Lines
- Development of operational plans and sales strategies to provide short and long term budget plans
- Build relationships with key decision makers
- Develop business models and negotiate contracts
- Address customer needs and identify new business opportunities in the assigned Sales area
- Lead and supervise Sales team and take overall responsibility for business development
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Minimum 3-5 years selling directly to customer in the market segments of Cellular Phone, Telecommunication, Instrumentation or Electronic Components
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including Executive and C-level
- Skilled in conducting face-to-face presentations to customers, negotiating, closing sales and account management
- In depth market and industry knowledge, with a track record of success in cultivating contacts with decision makers within both multinational and domestic major OEMs and EMS’s
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication and social skills
- Proficient in written and spoken English
