Junior Engineer TD SHA

Your Responsibilities

• Continuously improvement in terms of technology, quality and costs to the processes and support the achievement of AT&S and department targets. Continuous consultation with TDI-TD manager about relevant tasks within the department (incl. Respective report
• Continuously work with suppliers and customers on further technology developments. Follow environmental and safety regulations
• Ensure technology development
• Implementation of relevant norms and standards.
• Responsible for installation of new equipment (draw up equipment, specification, arrange evaluations and technical analysis; put into operation, support qualification and implementation in production).
• Lead key projects related to the processes and ensure projects on schedule.
• Work in accordance with AT&S quality system. Use templates and database for documentation.
• Ensure process standardization.
• Support production departments in problem solving of key quality and process issues.
• Other Job assignments from superior.

Your Profile

• Completion of higher technical college
• Experience in related industry and strong knowledge of related processes.
• Data evaluation and planning of experiments required.
• Communication in English
• Computer skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel)
• Good stress management skills
• Good analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Team spirit and able to lead a team on project based
• Good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of quality standards (ISO/ IATF16949)
• Familiar with quality tools like SPC, MSA, FMEA, PPAP, APQP…
