Key Account Manager
Your Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for defined key accounts incl. lead and build key account teams
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the customer and coordinate all customer relevant activities within AT&S
- Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
- Profit & revenue-responsibility for defined key accounts incl. review of budget vs. actual and corrective actions with a view to achieving budgeted sales
- Contract review, pricing and price review according to internal guidelines
- Provide management with the relevant information and updates about customer activities, competition and general market
- Maximize customer satisfaction and provide high standard of customer service continually
- Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Win Business Awards
- Develop a customer strategy for products, regions, growth, price, technology, service and quality
- Focus on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business
Your Profile
- Commercial/technical education with technical/commercial understanding and long-time experience in Sales & Marketing
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- IT-knowledge
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- 5 years of experience in account management
- Willingness to travel
- Team-oriented
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Strong customer and market orientation with the ability to identify future trends and relationships
- Leadership / Coordination of customer-oriented teams in terms of customer requirements
- Leadership of project teams
