Key Account Manager

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for matters specific to the customer and coordinate customer relevant activities within AT&S
  • Profit & revenue-responsibility for defined key accounts incl. review of budget vs. actual and corrective actions with a view to achieving budgeted sales
  • Contract review, pricing and price review according to internal guidelines
  • Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Develop short and long term strategy for segments, growth, price, technology, service and quality

 

Your Profile

  • Commercial/technical education with technical/commercial understanding and long-time experience in Sales & Marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Skilled in conducting face-to-face presentations to customers, negotiating, closing sales and account management.
  • Excellent written and oral communication in English and in Mandarin
  • 5 years of experience in account management
  • Willingness and ability to travel nationally and internationally (Mainland China, Taiwan, USA)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Strong customer and market orientation with the ability to identify future trends and relationships
  • Leadership / Coordination of customer-oriented teams in terms of customer requirements
