Legal Counsel

Your Responsibilities:

• Contract Review and contract negotiation
• Provide legal consulting and legal training service to relevant stakeholders
• Familiarize and keep abreast of all regulatory changes, ensure proper management of corporate legal affairs—including director changes, renewals, and other matters related to Board of Directors resolutions and meetings—with the support of line manager
• Conduct investigation or verification of compliance cases with the support of line manager
• Other work (international and local projects) as assigned by line Manager

Your Profile:

• Top law School for Bachelor Degree (Master preferred; JD or LLM is a plus)
• Excellent oral and writing English Skill
• Pass National Judicial Examination
• Quick leaner and good communication skill
• At least 3 years of experience in law firm or multinational company
• Patient and detail-oriented in handling routine tasks Willing to learn and adapt
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Contact point for coordinating and cooperating with external advisors and internal customers
