Purchasing Senior Manager

Your Responsibilities

• Purchase material and service with competitive price and within company cost budget.
• Assure safe and flexible supply chain to fulfill AT&S SHA and customer request.
• Plant-relevant suppliers’ phase in and phase out which is complied with Procurement policy.
• Performance rating for plant-relevant suppliers with commodity team together.
• Conclusion of Plant-relevant contracts, negotiations with suppliers on prices and terms.
• Lead and develop SHA purchasing team with strong leadership.
• Reporting of SHA purchasing management KPI.
• Define strategy of cost saving PPV&MCP with Indirect commodity team together and implement it.
• Define strategy of Material DIO and inventory and execute it.
• Plant purchasing process is continuously improved and consistent with Group&BU guideline.

Your Profile

• Bachelor degree or above in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Electronics or other related subjects with working experience > 10 years.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar team management position.
• Fluent written and oral English.
• IT skills: MS Office package (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), SAP (MM module).
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Good and effective communication skills.
• Strong leardership to lead people from a disciplinary and functional point of view.
• Analytical skills with experience in data analysis and business process improvements.
