Senior Specialist Engineering SHA (6 Sigma)

Your Responsibilities

• Work in SHA 6 Sigma community team to boost 6 Sigma related activities.
• Coordinate with BU and other plants on 6 Sigma activities.
• Plan 6 Sigma activity in SHA plant (operation related) and execute.
• Hold 6 Sigma Week as planned. Training and coach GB during 6 Sigma Week.
• Delivery 6 Sigma training and certification when plant required.
• Provide 6 Sigma methodology support to other Belts and projects.
• Best practice sharing with other plants.
• Ensure appropriate resources are available and provide necessary support to 6 Sigma activity and all associated projects.
• Lead assigned project within operation related.
• Multi-project management in Engineering if necessary.

Your Profile

• Bachelor degree or above.
• >5 years of professional experience.
• >3 years of experience as project manager/leader.
• >3 years of experience in 6 Sigma management.
• Fluent in English both written and oral.
• Master 6 Sigma methodology, GB certified is needed, BB certified is plus.
• Good analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Knowledge of project management, PMP certified is better.
• Computer skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel), Minitab/JMP.
• Good stress management skills.
• Team spirit (able to be part of a team and team leader as well).
• Good communication skills.
