Senior Specialist PPC SHA
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain material plans based on customer demand, production requirements and supply constraints in order to ensure material availability and production continuity through effective MRP execution and planning control.
- Monitor demand changes including pull-ins, push-outs and new demand signals in order to identify potential supply risks and initiate timely mitigation actions through demand visibility and risk assessment processes.
- Analyze material shortages, excess inventory and supply-demand imbalances in order to minimize business impact and optimize inventory investment through proactive planning and risk management.
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Sales and other stakeholders in order to resolve material-related issues and maintain supply continuity through structured escalation and recovery processes.
- Monitor supplier commitments, lead time performance and material availability status in order to identify potential supply disruptions and support recovery planning through continuous supply visibility management.
- Execute and maintain MRP parameters including lead times, lot sizes, planning policies and safety stock settings in order to improve planning accuracy and system effectiveness through regular review and governance processes.
- Manage planning exceptions, reschedule requirements and material allocation priorities in order to ensure critical customer and production requirements are fulfilled through effective execution control and decision support.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by performing planning analysis, root cause investigations and performance reviews in order to improve material planning capability, inventory performance and operational stability through data-driven recommendations.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Material Planning, Production Planning, Supply Chain Planning, Procurement Planning or related manufacturing planning functions.
- Experience in ERP-based planning environments (SAP preferred), VBA is a plus.
- Familiar with the entire supply chain process: understand the complete chain from procurement, warehousing to production and distribution, with a cross-functional perspective.
- Fluent in spoken and written English with good data sensitivity.
- Stress resistance and multitasking: Capable of managing the delivery schedules of dozens or even hundreds of materials simultaneously, adapting to urgent order insertions or sudden changes in plans.
- Communication and negotiation skills: Not only for internal communication, but also for direct coordination with suppliers for priority production scheduling or urgent shipments.
- Knowledge of industrial engineering like capacity planning, time management
- Excellent data analytical and problem-solving skills
