Senior Specialist Production Engineering SHA

Your Responsibilities

• Sustainable optimization of manufacturing processes and procedures in order to meet all requirements regarding quality, productivity and production costs(  More take care the quality and production costs).
• Provide basis for planning and decision making( Ensure the better planning).
• Continuous consultation with Department Manager about relevant tasks within the department (incl. respective reporting).
• Keep contacts to customers and suppliers.(Get more resource and customer requirements).
• Follow environmental regulations (HSE related).
• Continuous optimization regarding quality, productivity, environment and costs.(Cost saving and quality improvements).
• Ensure technological development.(Development for technological).
• Continuing education; to guarantee state of the art status.(Improve the departments)
• Implementation (realization) of TS16949 and EN ISO 14001, EHAS18001.(EHS and quality system maintain).
• Define process relevant procedure steps that aim to use existing resources perfectly and to minimize quantity of raw and auxiliary materials.(Improve the process).
• Responsible for purchase of new equipment (installation, put into operation, qualification and implementation in production).(Qualification for new lines).
• Follow 5s standard to keep the environment clean.(Basic for management skills).
• Other Job assignment from superior.(Help HOD to manage the department).
• Coach and appraise subordinates.
• Team management.

Your Profile

• Technical background.
• Degree from higher technical college in chemistry or polymer engineering, plus several years of professional experience.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Fluent in English.
• Computer skills – MS office Package (Word, Excel).
• Good ability to manage stress.
• Good analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Good team player and team leader.
• Integrated and interdisciplinary thinking and acting.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
