Your Responsibilities

• Track daily production activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and efficiency goals.
• Maintain accurate records of production metrics and generate reports for performance analysis and decision-making.
• Address operational issues promptly under the manager’s guidance, escalating complex challenges when necessary.
• Prepare production documentation and ensure compliance.
• Facilitate communication between production staff, supervisors, and other departments.
• Support the Production Manager in developing and coordinating production schedules, resource allocation.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence for the Production Manager.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain meeting minutes.

Your Profile

• Undergraduate & Bachelor’s degrees need, and with min. 5 years’ experience.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar team management position.
• Fluent in English both written and oral.
• Open minded approach.
• Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
• Ability to work in a stressful environment.
• Good team working spirit and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
